I am a fitness trainer who's passionate about helping people achieve their health
and fitness goals.
I've worked with students and professionals over the past seven years. Weight training and cardio workouts are my main areas of expertise.

I train people ages 18 to 45 from Monday to Friday. I help people build muscle through simple gym exercises. Creating effective workout routines is a huge part of my job. I make the routines that my clients rely on, but I also help them figure out the kind of diet that is most appropriate for their lifestyle and health.

I helped clients develop a healthy workout regimen. I mostly worked with younger adults who were starting out on their fitness journey. I created various workout plans for my clients to complement their lifestyles. I also listened closely to their goals and made sure the workouts pushed them in the right direction.

I worked with young professionals who were interested in maintaining an active lifestyle. I created simple but effective workout routines for people who attended offices nearby. Because of their tight work schedules, I learned how to create short but powerful routines that helped keep them in good shape. I also joined other instructors in weekend workout activities hosted by the gym.

I helped set up equipment and maintain a clean gym environment. I assisted in training our regular gym-goers and made sure they were using our equipment and facilities properly.
